The California Pleading Bank was funded by the Legal Services Corporation for use solely by licensed attorneys currently employed at California legal services programs funded by the State Bar of California.

If you are not a licensed attorney, but are employed by a legal services nonprofit organization, please contact your supervising or directing attorney for access to pleading bank resources.

If you are a licensed attorney performing pro bono work at a legal services nonprofit organization, please contact the legal services attorney with whom you work for access to pleading bank resources.

If you are a licensed attorney employed at a legal services nonprofit organization not funded by the State Bar of California, you may apply to join the pleading bank, and the website administrators will contact you.
